Free Glype Proxy Hosting?

I need a host with something such as CPanel etc that allows Proxies. I won't need very much bandwidth at all, and I'll need a TINY amount of space. If you can help, can you please get in touch? :)
 
Please note that I dont need anything like mySQL, email, fantastico, etc: I literally just need a host with a web-based control panel and approx 10gb bandwidth that allows proxies.
 
i think there will not much ppl who willing to provide u a free account for hosting a proxy site.
perhaps u should try ur luck by requesting for a lower cost shared hosting.
