Try to translate pages using http://babelfish.altavista.com/
If you aint get translated because of frames try to brake out pages from frame and run them alone and translate then

you dont have to connect there isp, but you have to live in france becouse they will sned you a real mail, not email

In my case it takes about a month (I even forgot that I make that supply), but remember, this is latin american. I don't know where do you live, but i know it's faster for shure.
