Okay, I didn't explain as well in my last post as I didn't have much time, but I'll explain what I wish for better here. I was on a forum with a large amount of traffic, and the forum went down leaving hundreds of users with nothing. The owner doesnt feel like fixing the problem, so the site will probably stay down. I wan't to make a music forum (http://www.rapforums.com/forums/) and bring most of the users to mine. As you can see there are almost 8 thousand registered members at this site. I know how to install phpbb onto the server via FTP clients so it wont take long to get the site up (maybe a week to get it the way I want it). I need the host to support FTP and mysql database and be reliable. I would also respect atleast 150mb and 5gb with oppurtunity to add more for free once the site expands (it will). I'am willing to post as much as needed on your forum(s) and or link back from my forum to your site for this service with no ads. You help me and I'll help you.
