-At least 1gb of space
-50gb to 100gb of bandwidth per month
-Allow hotlinking
-fast server
-all filetypes allowed

IMO I don't think it's possible to have what you want for free (100gb free traffic ...). A 1Gb/10Gb request would be more reasonable, but you would need to place ads on all your pages (supposing that the site you want to host is new).

Which uses up far more bandwidth and system resources than webhosting. You won't get what you're asking for for free.

I may be able to provide this for you. What is the URL of your main site (where the files will be hotlinked from)?

You would need to be willing to place a link next to any download link to the file stating "Files Hosted by Elix Web Hosting" that links to http://www.elixhosting.com

I may be able to help you on my fast downloads server. Both your original space and bandwidth requirements wouldn't be a problem. All I would require is at the very least a text link next to each download going to my downloads site, or better yet, a version of my Google/Adbrite ads on your site.
