Is there a free domain host out there that has ftp access and yet doesn't put up ads?

I need something similar, but they must be just a little above 100mb transfer and they must support hosting .cc domains

http://www.lunarpages.com , has domain hosting, no ads, and u get 50mb with unlimited filesize and filetypes.

Lunarpages also has a 750 mb monthly transfer limit, but I don't know if that bothers you.
