free design?

anybody makes free website designs? just wondering!!!

I mean designs which is templates!!! designs are templates but I searched lots of sites for business templates and aplustemplates.com have good ones but it costs 13/year, which still isnt free!!!

the only custom designers for free design are for celebrity sites. (that i know of )

if its for a buisness most likely you should get a template and fool around with it OR pay someone

you could try www.freelayouts.com, I have always liked them for some reason =/... I might start doing a select few, free designs but I don't have the time right at the moment!
