I have updated the requirements and removed this prerequisite for the time being...

If you have a site and could post it to a service like yahoo or something simiiar, your request will be considered before a person with no site at all...

No....I just need a host that lets me host downloads...For free...My other host is down and will stay down for a while and don't know when they will be back..I have contacted them and said they were upgrading.But I need a host right now for my site and a game site and to host some of my homework and to host some haps up for dl...
