At Backy Corp we use MaxMinds fraud detection system to prevent fraud and abuse to our service. The only reason that you would get such a message is that you provided false information or your order was too high of risk.

Hello,

The above message is sent out to clients that eaither did not pass the original fraud check or did not pass our manual fruad check. We require that information be corrected anything that was made up in the address, phone number, ext will not be allowed to have hosting. We need a way to contact people other then email if something arises. Should anyone have any questions well allow you to reply back and ask questions.

That's happened for nearly every host you seem to try, perhaps it's because of where you live?
edit: Just signed up, it let me... must be because of where you live.

As stated before we use MaxMind Fraud detection if you are providing false information this system can find it. Should you have specific issues with your account then please contact us and we can go over your case with you.
 
Note: MaxMind has been known to block some users from countries like China because the system already regards China/other asian countries as a high-risk, and especially in China if the system can't pick up the exact road or find your road or street on it's mapped system, then you're probably going to get cancelled.. heres sort of how it works:

You're from a asian country (2 points negative), (You have a suspicious domain like .org.nu or those "cool" domains (another 2 points negative) and so forth will easily cancel the hosting..

The reason it does this is because MaxMind is not necessarily made for free hosting checking, its made for paid hosting thats why the system checks very in-depth.. To rondevu that error, try talking to wbacky to set you up manually or pick another host that allows all nations or a eased system of check..

We actually do allow clients we have raised the score to 5 and we do see a lot that does go through. As I have stated we will be willing to look at applications for hosting that are rejected automatically by the system and review the details that were provided should they request. Just make sure you provide correct contact information should it be false or made up I do not see the reason in allowing you access to our service. Please feel free to contact us if anyone has any questions.
 
We do not allow file storage on our servers. Anyone that is found to use the website as file storage will be removed.
