Free Chat for website with no Ads?

use the cjb chat:
you can just use chat.cjb.net/(yourname) and the chatbox is ready...
it's very esay and has no ads and you can register your chatbox via IRC - irc.cjb.net #yourname

Doesn´t most webhosts forbid chat scripts, because they use too much system resources?

Most cgi chat scripts will be taken down before you can say, "I forgot to read the TOS"... even if it isn't specifically in their TOS, it will be under resources, and most cgi-chat scripts are resource intensive.
