A note about simgames, I believe they are affialated/are with madsims. It would explain why the hosting offers and prerequesites are identical.

Paul, owner of MadSims, is closely affiliated with SimGames. MadSims is hosted on SimGames, and offers the same things, except you don't have to have a gaming or Maxis-related site to get hosting on MadSims like you do with SimGames.
