forum vs. forum?

What do you think is better - to have remotely hosted board or to get script and host it by myself? Website host aren't much reliable especialy with php+mysql

Are there some RELIABLE remotely hosted forums, which allow languges other than english and let me change colors, graphics?... :confused2

Try www.aimoo.com although I don't recommend it if you're not going to pay in the end. There's limited customization options for free users (although you can customize most colors and a few images), and there's quite a lot of pop-ups.
