I am just wondering what you need to create a forum hosting service. I want to be able to have a page like this...

Just fill it out and it installs a board for you to use. It is nothing like Vbulletin though.

I understand that, but what about Iif I want to make a form like that? (How do I provide people with an automatic phpBB board to use?)

I get what you mean now. That I can't really answer for you. I am sure there is a way to do it but I am unfamiliar with that way.

For Forum services, I think you required web host that provide more web space, high bandwidth and high security issues involved in it. The most major thing in that is excellent and 24/7 support. IMO, if there is large amount of data, you should go for dedicated web server. According to forum concept that does not break rules, you should go for hosting like hostgator, site5 etc.

I've had bad experiences with Site5. I wouldn't reccommend them.
