I'm on the same situation. I'd already asked them to at least send me a MySQL backup. The problem is that everything is offline at this moment. If we had at least a simple page with a message saying what is happening or informing their advances to fix the problem it would be good. It would give us some security. The way the things are going we cannot predict anything: it could even not return anymore.

If I am not wrong, thats the host they are temporary on until they restore their server. I have a site with them and still waiting for them. They need a host to convey the message that the server is down, etc.

At least they could leave a word here, this is their thread, and actualy maybe is the only way have most of their customers (where i'm included) to know about Flashpoint news.
