Finding the right host...

Hi. I can't find the right host.

I need

-- Fair amount of space 5MB=<X=<20MB
-- FTP access
-- PHP would be good
-- Subdomain, /~me/ or /me/
-- Preferably no ads, but a banner or textlink/watermark would be ok.. NO POPUPS :angry2:

.. I guess that's all I can think of. What do you recommend?

http://www.host.sk/ fits all your requirements, but I wouldn't exactly say that I recommend them.
