Error Report!! Help please

can anyone please help to solve this problem. Whenever I try to open ANY programs. It poups an error.....

I guess you weren't kidding about the screenshot, eh? What'd you do, take a picture of your monitor with a camera or something?

Maybe try zooming in a bit. I'm still waiting on my new monitor.

Dude, press the Print Scr button next to Scroll Lock and above Insert. Open up Paint and click Edit >>Paste.

Then save the file and uploaded it to your website or wherever.

Install this program and see if it fixes it (if you can even open this one).. Spyware or something could cause this, once I couldn't open any folders or IE , then I ran this and fixed all the problems:
