Ok I need to know the site with the Best Domain Regisration, by best I mean cheapest and more reliable. I have been looking at GoDaddy but am wondering if there is something better out there.

I use namecheap.com and I can vouch for their reliability. I've registered my first domain with them over 2 years ago and now I own 3 domains with them (making my total registration # to 4). Their service is very good and reliable and I never had any problems with them. Also it only costs $8.88/year

I know that Namesarecheap is cheap domain register but now I found Registerfly. It's more cheap You also can add fund and use fund to buy domain without write your credit card again
