domain register for $6?

I know of just one registar that accepts paypal, but they charge $15. :/

The only trouble is you have to pay me first thru paypal and also email me the domain you require and contact etc., It will take a day for me to do it... I have a friend here in Madras who is a bulk reseller of network solutions...
