I can say that's a pretty good idea. Your appraisal will increase as well.

Im not so sure it would fetch $52 unprocessed, for one thing its a .net and it isnt that short, and alright it might have a few backlinks, but apart from that, i wouldnt pay more than $30 Max for that domain (not that im making an offer).

But for this domain to be valuable, you really need to develop it.

.net drops the intrinsic value of this domain. To a reseller, probably high$XX
