Livestats Sucks

We are using Livestats Version 8 and all I want to say is this program's stability sucks ---. For a major company this program is a pile. Deepmetrix tech support is slow at best and so far has not been able to resolve issues we are having with the program and we've been running several versions over the last 2+ years. The following problems have never been fixed during the duration of our using this program.

The program stops emailing reports for no apparent reason at all.
The program will stop recording stats for no apparent reason at all.

Both of these above items happen on a regular basis and happen often enough to piss off our customers.

When Livestats is actually working, its fantastic and records alot of useful data.
