Desperately need help - Interveloce.net

I signed up with Interveloce.net ages ago, and finally I have the domain working. But I just found out, it seems that SSI isn't working. Does anybody know if Interveloce supports SSI?

Fails to amaze me that people never check the providers feature lists.

They don't appear to support ssi on user accounts. They clearly have a problem with the site design, they use RAQ's in there header but dont host on RAQ's that's kinda misleading the customer. There is also no suh thing as unlimited diskspace.

Before I signed up, I emailed them, and they said that they do support SSI.

Then email them and ask them to check its setup.

also are you naming your pages .shtml?

All my pages are .shtml (I DO know how to use SSI) and I have emailed them, but no reply so far. They used to reply really quickly too.....
