It looks very clean and professional but just a bit too plain to me.... maybe a soft background image blended in or some sort of graphic?

Well, it looks good anyway.
 
I would tell you what I think of it but the link you provided didn't work when I tried to use it. It was a 404.

Sorry but this link I got the same message but if you mean your index.html page yes that is nice but you may want to add some sort of flash or shockwave interface or a mouseovers because that may be a good selling point..But I could not get this link to work.
 
Yes it is bare... but decent looking. If I were you I would add more to it.

Here is my ratings:
Graphics - 6 out of 10 (Lacking)
Design - 9 out of 10
Access - 9 out of 10 (Pretty fast loading)

Overall - 8 out of 10
