all i need a really, REALLY cheap dedicated server.
i dont need like 40gb, mab 10gb, and not too much bw, all i need it to be a cheap. and with stuff like mySQL, perl, php, domains, subdomains, cp, whateva else.....
any recommendations?
 
The cheapest I have seen is around $69USD a month a couple months back. It was a very low end system with around 10gb's of bandwidth.

There were a fewdedi servers on webhostingtalk.com for $49 or $59 (I forget which it was) a month, so I suggest you go there and have a look.

I believe it was ACSdatanet.com, they have cheap servers but a good connection.
 
As I think I suggested at WHT, you could consider a solid reseller plan or a VPS (Virtual Private Server, search for VPS on either forum), as an alternative to a small dedicated.
 
If you can afford $99/month, I still say go rackshack. You could sell the extra bandwidth for $ to potential users.
