80 gb hdd
512 or 1 gig ram
10 - 15 ips

budget 70 - 90$

Hello, Does it need to be offshore? Will a VPS do fine? what CP are you looking for?

YOu budget is very low for markets where the cost of space and bandwidth is higher that those in US.

yea it must be offshore and i dont need any control panel with the server. i dont need vps either.

Well for that price you are not going to get anything close to what you want, And 10-15 IP's, You will need justification for all of those.
