100MBit port w/ @ least 500gb Bandwidth/mth
IRC acceptable
Some kind of web control panel (even webmin is fine)
Free reboot (remote = better)
Free OS refresh is a + but not req'd
~50$/mth.

More specifics:
Intel Celeron acceptable, anything more is a + but don't do it if it adds costs.
OS: any FreeBSD or Linux, NOT windows.
RAM: 512-1024, give me price for both if in range.
Location: Don't care as long as there are no speed issues.

I think you would probley be best looking at a place like vrtservers.net
Thats the cheapest I have seen its 20$ extra for IRC
You would be looking at $70~ P/m for a IRC server.
They are cheap But they dont have fast support
Never seen prices like them! If you want to raise your budget abit more go to
A place like
www.staminus.net for 100~ your get the same deal But better support and a better network.

thanks but I'm on a strict budget. What I want could be easily had for 100$/mth. I posted here in hopes of finding a special deal maybe that couldn't be found by searching on google.

Note also that I'm willing to pay quarterly or yearly if that will bring the price to within range.
