In what datacenter is the server located?

I would say it is a good price, though the setup fee is a bit high. The "guaranteed unmetered transfer" raises some questions though. is it on an unmetered 10mbps port? 1mbps port? or is it just plain "unmetered?"

Server will be located in PowerNetIX http://www.powernetix.com
I am still thinking, i might not provide un-metered, probably 3000GB Bandwidth+
to make everyone comfort without asking questions about the "un-metered"

3000+ or 300+?

wise decision: the words unlimited or unmetered do raise a lot of questions.

You really can't offer 3000GB bandwidth for $120 per month, thats like 4 cents per gig. Its way overselling.

Bandwidth Limit Exceeded
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to the site owner reaching his/her bandwidth limit. Please try again later.

Not even single-homed Cogent bandwidth would be that cheap.
