John, you might want to edit your post.

Most people don't realize that DDR2 RAM in your config is only used in a Pentium 4 D820 CPU (Which is dual core)

Whereas they think you're requesting a Run o' The Mill Pentium 4.

Dual Core Machines usually have a lot higher spec and start aroudn $200 per month.

So maybe you should decide if you want a Regular P4. Or you want the P4D820 type Dual Core Box and up your budget.

Then you'll get some good offers.

I still think $140 is pushing it. I just did a configuration with layeredtech and they are about the cheapest around and I am seeing $141/mo with $19 setup
