CPU Temperature and Ram Usage Tool

Is there a program for free that I can check my computer's temperature and ram usage? Because I noticed that this sort of program comes with motherboards, but mine didn't come with anything.

If it helps, I have an 'MSI K7T Turbo Limited Edition' motherboard and I use SDRAM.

The best way to check your cpu temp is with a thermometer.

it has ram / cpu usage... fan speed cpu temp, your ip, net speed ( up and down) and mucho other stuff



and it has ALOT of skins.....

I recommend Freemem Pro for measuring free ram.
