They are overselling, wich is why they sucked

Look for more reasonable requirements. A site that actually used 250gb of bandwidth per month, shouldnt be on a shared server IMO.

Not every host can guarantee 99.99% uptime as many problems can arise such as server attacks, system upgrades, upgrade bugs etc. etc.
