cpanel e-mail backup

I've been working with a client who i've had to move back and fourth between servers while trying to fix some website issues. I don't want to run a full cpanel backup because it would screw up the work that i've done on his (overwrite stuff I don't want overwrited). Is it possible to backup all his e-mail ONLY and restore it on another server? He's got about 150 megs worth of it.

It seems it is not possible to take back up of the emails only. Hope some experts will come to give some tips if there is any.
 
Copy over the /mail folder onto the new account FTP and see what happens. Create the accounts on the new account before overwriting.
