So how do I register?
Goto www.BLNetworks.net,
On the left menu, under Hosting, click Free to see the Free Plans,
Select which Plan you would like by clicking the order link underneath the Plan,
Fill out the details, and click next.
You should recieve an activation email at the address you provided, click the link in the email, and you're all done!
Terms Of Service:
Make sure you have the right Ads displayed by checking this thread
You should have a site/contruction page up within 4 days
Your site can only be in English Spanish or French.

Failure to adhere to the TOS will result in a suspension of your account for around 3-4 days.
