Cpanel 11 VPS running on VMWARE

Exactly what the title says
Can I purchase a Cpanel 11 VPS liscense for $15/month and run it of a Vmware VPS running Centos 4/5???
Ofcourse the VPS would have atleast 1gb ram.

Has anyone tried this?

I wouldn't see the problem, although make sure you've got the IPs to get cPAnel working.

Should work fine and inside the license terms (say bye bye to some RAM though)

I think the 15.00 is for the license not the vps itself.

Unfortunately our friend doesn't read or possibly understand.

Plus if they think the $15 server exists they should just read for a bit and not post.

Yes - the VPS license works with CPanel/VMWare. If there is any issue - cpanel might just ask for login access to the VPS to verify it is really a VPS.
