convert php4 to php5

I have an code in php4, I would like to convert to php5, because my host uses php5.

anyone knows of a free converter for php?

I have not used a php converter I dont even know if they exsist but you can do it by hand. Syntax is the only thing that has changed from what i am aware of...

I can do it... just throw me a budget

That's a pretty questionable thing to do, if the code works, then don't bother ... if it's broken because of register_globals then a quick fix would be to extract($_REQUEST); somewhere before anything references _GET, _POST ...
