I see nothing wrong with your requirement to post once CNLucas. If I needed hosting I would consider it. I'm not a bandwidth or space hog so your free plan would be ideal for one of my sites :p

I acquired an account, but it has been suspended.
In addition, cannot log in to forum.

Is it caused by the fact that it was changed for English site limitation?

Yes, your site was suspended for the language, however, it was in the TOS before you joined. I've noted and kept all the previous accounts before the change, however, you were effected.

I'm sorry you failed to read our TOS when you signed up.

On a side note, the completely free hosting is over. There is small posting requirement to sign-up and keep your hosting active.

As for the community, we did switch bulletin board software, thus you'll need to register.
