Commerial hosting?

Does anybody know of any free hosts which allow commercial sites. Only about 10MB and hardly any bandwidth wanted, however FTP is an advantage as is PHP support. No ads would be great but i know that its unlikely. Also it should be fast and reliable. I dont mind posting on forums if i have to

The porn ads on hostultra.com are on 404 errors only
