It's a decent design, the title is a bit dark. And it also side-scrolls a bit.
Not a comment on the design but I found this statement funny on the site..
"WHY DOESN'T NS CONFORM TO STANDARDS INSTEAD OF TRYING TO MAKE IT'S OWN???"
...because NS does conform to standards, it's IE that doesn't, and makes up it's own.
