Java is heavy, you'll need at least a VPS so you can install it yourself.

Or, you can use Windows. Java and windows run smoothly on a shared server or vps. But, linux with java on the other hand, not so much.

So, to the OP, I recommend looking for small windows hosting. Good luck in your search I hope you find what your looking for.
