For those features, I guess a VPS could be a better option for you.Unlimited CPU is not reasonable for host owners.:ninja:
 
I also think that you might have some issues on a Shared server. Your requirements are reasonable apart from the above. Every server has a limit. It is impossible to find a provider/plan that does not limit you by CPU. If you need more CPU I recommend looking for a VPS/dedicated server but even then there is a limit.
