Im setting up a new site, and i know that one of the hardest things is trying to decide on a template. Commision on, or make it yourself, youll definitely achieve a more personal look, and clients/other companies will take you more seriously becuase of it.

It looks alright, but try a different template or something. Something to really spice it up.

Free templates are free for a reason, often because no-one would buy them, not always. If you want something fancy go to templatemonster.com $40-60 for a really well made template is a good investment.

I do see a lot of people using stolen ones, it always makes me chuckle to see a really great template, with big gaps in it because people cant edit them properly yet claim to have made them themselves
