I am placing my bets that this guy wants to host a message board, specifically an Ikonboard (or maybe a YaBB, but that's less likely because of YaBB SE). Just FYI, none of the above hosts allow forums on their server.

I tried those guys and THEY SUCK! They're as slow as host.sk! Yes, I know it's a free service, but come on, one of my files was transferring at only 6 kb/sec, and I'm using a cable modem! Even for free, that's a ripoff. It's no wonder they can offer unmetered transfer with no ads, they seriously throttle your download speeds.
