Can anyone show me how to do this ?

I want to open a normal browser window from a full screen window. At the moment if open in _blank then it stays full screen, is there anyway to have the window normal ?

turn off every browser windows except one, restore it to its original size (not maximized), then turn it off. Open a site and do your normal surfing, new windows will always be the same size unless you maximize it again
