Getting silly isn't it - things do get cheaper but running companies doesn't.

Just an observation - that amount of cash leads either to an overloaded server (with the hope that nothing goes wrong) and more than likely overselling again with the same hope.

The total cost on bandwidth (transfer) alone leaves very little for payment for the server and admin work.

If you don't care about your site and whether it will still be online in a month or two, go for it On the other hand, if you want reliability choose a host who has been around longer and has a decent reputation and be prepared to pay a little more.
