Calender Script

I wasn't sure weither to post this here or in Free Services but here it goes. Does anyone know of a calendar script? If not could someone help me by making one for me. I need a calendar that a staff member of my site could update with events but visitors can't. Please don't say go to hotscripts.com because all of those are set-up for anyone to post events. It doesn't have to be in php. I would just make a table calender and have her update that but she doesn't know anything about webdesign.
