Burning Speed?

Usually when burning an .iso file to CD what speed should it be? I always set it to "Maximum" which is over x24...is this good? Will the quality of the content be lower?
I used Maximum when burning Ubuntu and it took around three minutes.

Well, it won't be any less quality wise I don't think, but there is more chance of getting errors in the disk etc.

Ye, and just make sure your disks are 24x

I always buy the disks my writer can support. I never have problems when burning disks.

I usually burn DVDs that are going to be watched on DVD players at 4x or 8x to ensure they'll work, but if you know the disc maximum (and it's same or less than reader maximum) then go with that.

Weird I have HyperMedia disks it just says "Multi-Speed". LOL.

Have you tried turning the dial to "Broil"?
