blocking someone on icq

is it possible with icq lite? also how do you tell if you've been blocked? will the person always appear offline?

ICQ lite is very limited with its features, I installed it once and rather liked it, but I discovered I couldn't make myself appear as invisible, or was it that I couldn't put people on my visible list (so they could see me when others couldn't) It was a pity, but I had to get rid of it.

In preferences, hit Privacy and Security settings. Have fun!

On ICQ Lite shizzle???? There was very little you could do there.
