Best proxy script?

What is the best proxy script, that works with all important sites like FaceBook?
It doesn't matter if this is a free script or a paid one, budget about $200.

Glype is pretty awesome. It doesn't match your other thread's requirements of being behind a registration wall, though.

It doesn't indeed, but it has a lot of plugins... not the ones I am looking for tho.

I am the host, so that won't be a problem. And yes CGI is really good, a lot better then Glype.
