Best free counter

I need a counter for my site (that one that I'll insert right on my site and everyone will see it). I know there are hundreds of services providing this, but I'd like one that: has no any ads, loads quickly and should looks like one of these two (or at least something similar, may be green as well):

But it really must load quickly. It mustn't slow down the loading of my site! I know a good counter service, but their counters load slowly, which is a pity and therefore I'd like to find something better.

Use Statcounter http://statcounter.com/ they offer variety of counter image and their ads can be rmoved and they are quite fast, they loads almost immidiately as the page loads, actually the speed of loading depends upon the style you choose.

Sorry, Previously I suggested statcounter, actually I use that also but only for site statistics. The counter I use is http://mywebstats.org . This offer laots of feature.

statscounter is good. But I think there is no need for any counter. Isn't there any stats in your Cpanel?
