best email system...

k... right now my host has a webmail thing setup but it dont even support html (lol - an old webmail i guess) sooooooooo.... which is the best email system that supports html, folders, and stuff (i guess like yahoo mail or somethin)...

the current webmail thing is IMAP & PHP sooooo thats what i want i guess...
