best degree/uni for web design?

I wouldn't mind going over to the states to study, in fact I would love a chance to do that. But I doubt that ever happening so I'm stuck in the UK for now.

I kinda enjoy both site producing and the graphical side of things so *shrugs* I'm not sure which particular area I want to go in.
