Best Banner ad company?

Today Fastclick decided to send me this email:

Hello,

Your Fastclick account for aimfilez.com, has been disabled from running
468x60 ads due to poor performance. All other media types are still active.
Please remove the 468x60 ad code as it will be displaying PSA ads only.

Weird b/c I still have pop-ups and invue ads through them. Now i went to my old focusin.com account thinking I can get some good ads there. Well they only show that they are running two ads that dont pay too good. But on my site I just seem to get a default ad. So does anyone know of any good companies that pay well for banner ads (CPM)?

if don't mine me asking....what was your average ctr before they terminate your 468 banners?

In December is was 0.12%
In November it was 0.22%
In October it was 0.19%
In September it was 0.27%

If you didn't get high ctr with fastclick i doubt you will get it on other networks.
I get around 1-3CTR on fastclick when I used focusin. I get only .50
