Banner Exchange ?

Just wondering if anyone here was a part of, or knows of a good banner exchange ?

I'm looking for a better than 2:1 ratio if possible. Is there any pro's / cons I should know about banner exchanges, or things I should know ? Any scams or anything ?
 
I have not used them much but I suggest if you are gonna greensponder.com I don't know about the details you talked about but I suggest u give them a try. They have many FREE website traffic services.
